Air Conditioning
The Air Conditioning unit in your room can operate from the remote control in your room. Each apartment has its own independent unit.
Please make sure that ALL windows and doors are closed and all air conditioners in the same apartment are on the same function (e.g. all on “cold” or on “hot”). The use of the air conditioner is free of charge.
Day Use Room
You are requested to vacate your room before 11h00 noon on the day of your departure.
If you have a late flight and wish to have another room for DAY USE, this could be arranged (upon availability) at 50% of the daily charge.
Please inform the Reception Desk well in advance (at least two days in advance and a priority list on a first in- first served basis will be kept, depending on availability.
Electric Voltage
The voltage in Greece and in Crete is 220 Volts.
Do not use 120 Volt appliances without a transformer!
Environmental management Policies
In the context of environmental management we apply to our hotel, we inform you of our business policy on electrical appliances in empty rooms.
- Before leaving the room, check that the air conditioner is off
- Turn off all lights (central lighting, reading lamp, bath, kitchen, veranda)
- If you have an electrical appliance plugged in (e.g. a mobile / computer charger, shaver, etc.), remove the power cord from it.
- If the TV or any other device is in the standby mode, turn it off by pressing the on / off button.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The saving of electricity and other energy resources is our responsibility and it is aimed at maintaining and improving the level of life of our children.
SAVE OUR PLANET
Every day tons of detergent and millions of litters of water are used to wash towels that have been used only few times. Please decide for yourself:
A towel on the rack means, “I will use it again”
A towel on the bed means, “Please exchange”
SWIMMING POOL
Sun beds and umbrellas
Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge in the pool area. Pool towels are provided upon request. There is a charge, please ask at the reception. Operating hours:09h00-19h00.
Pool
The use of the pool is allowed from 09h00 to 19h00.
RULES & REGULATIONS
No diving is allowed in the pool
Reserving a sun bed in the pool area by leaving a book or a towel is not permitted. Our staff will take all items away!
Food and / or drinks from the rooms are NOT ALLOWED in the pool area. You are welcomed to use the hotel’s pool snack bar for any food or drinks you may want to buy and consume in the above areas.
Pool Snack Bar
Operation: 15 July-30 August
Enjoy an enriching breakfast by the pool, the perfect way to start your day.
Breakfast: 09h00-11h30
Upon request, breakfast is served at the swimming pool and it costs daily 12,00 euros/adult, 8,00 euros/child up to 8y.o.

There is a house Doctor on call 24 hours a day.

Room Services
Housekeeping and change of bed linen and towels is provided every 3 days (not on Sunday)
Laundry service is offered at 15,00euros per machine of 5kilos. Your clothes should be delivered at the reception by 11h00. They will be ready to pick them up the next day.
Room key
Please notice that you should keep your room key with you. Do not forget to leave the room key at the Reception Desk at your departure
Room towels
Please be informed that you are not allowed to take any of the room’s towels at the pool or at the beach.
Swimming pool/Beach towels -blue are provide at a cost of 3,00 euros each. Please contact the pool bar personnel.
Business Center
Faxes can be sent and received from the Reception Desk.
Photocopy and scanner.
Safe
There is a laptop size safe in every apartment.
For your own peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you lock all your valuables, travel documents, e.t.c, in the safe located in your room.
Safe deposit boxes are installed in your rooms and can be used free of charge. Instructions are shown on a sticker on the safe.
Attention: The Hotel Management does not accept responsibility for the loss of any item from the rooms.
Do not forget to leave the safety deposit box open before your departure
Safety precautions
Crete is a safe destination and has one of the lowest crime rates in Greece and in Europe.
As a safety precaution however we do recommend that you keep your room locked at all time.
Please refrain from giving your room number to strangers.
In case you lose your Entry Key please inform the Reception IMMEDIATELY.
Please be informed that you are NOT ALLOWED to entertain NON-HOTEL GUESTS in your room.
Public Transport
There is a Bus linking Koutsounari with Ierapetra. The bus station is at the entrance of Koutsounari Village, down at the main road.
The approximate cost of a ticket to Ierapetra is € 1,60
For the bus schedule, please inquire at the Reception Desk.
Taxi on call
Taxis can be called from the Reception Desk.
Transfers
Transfers from/to Heraklion airport can be arranged. Charges apply

ATTENTION - VERY IMPORTANT
- Please do not put any toilet paper into the W.C. in order to avoid pipes blocking. There is a basket for this purpose.
- Please place your plastic bags at the green public POTS on the main road.
- Would very much appreciate to leave your kitchen clean and complete before your departure.
- The village is short of water. Please do not spoil it.
